PromptHaven ("the App") is operated by lcCode ("we", "us", or "our"). This privacy policy explains how the App handles prompts, folders, tags, usage counts, version history, exports, and Premium purchase status.
## Data collection
We do not collect, sell, rent, or share personal data from PromptHaven. The App does not use accounts, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, CloudKit sync, remote configuration, or lcCode backend servers.
## Prompt data
Your prompts, folders, tags, favorites, ratings, variable names, version snapshots, and local usage history are stored on your device using Apple's local app storage technologies. This data is not uploaded to lcCode and is not used to train a model.
## Exports and sharing
PromptHaven can export your saved prompts as JSON or plain text and can open the iOS share sheet when you choose to share prompt text. Sharing is initiated by you and handled by iOS and the destination app you select.
## Purchases
PromptHaven Premium purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple may provide purchase entitlement information to the App so Premium features can be unlocked on your device.
## Network access
PromptHaven is designed as an offline-first local app. It does not send prompts, exports, usage analytics, or personal data to lcCode. App Store purchase and restore flows are handled by Apple's StoreKit services.
## Data retention and deletion
PromptHaven data remains on your device until you delete it in the App or remove the App from your device. Because we do not operate a backend for PromptHaven, we do not have server-side copies of your prompt library to delete.
## Children's privacy
PromptHaven is not intended to collect personal information from children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone through the App.
## Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the date above.
