PhotoWrapped AI ("the App") is operated by lcCode ("we", "us", or "our"). This privacy policy explains how the App handles photos, generated decks, and subscription status.
## Data collection
We do not collect, sell, rent, or share personal data from PhotoWrapped AI. The App does not use accounts, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, CloudKit sync, remote configuration, or backend servers.
## Photos and generated decks
PhotoWrapped AI uses Apple's PhotosPicker so you explicitly choose which photos to include. Photo analysis runs on your device using Apple system frameworks. Your selected photos are not uploaded to lcCode, copied to a backend, or used to train a model.
The App stores generated deck metadata and rendered card images locally on your device so you can reopen and share your wrapped decks. The App does not store original full-resolution photo copies.
## Subscriptions
PhotoWrapped AI Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple may provide subscription entitlement information to the App so Pro features can be unlocked on your device.
## Network access
PhotoWrapped AI is designed to work without lcCode backend infrastructure. The App does not send photos, generated decks, or usage analytics to lcCode. App Store subscription purchase and restore flows are handled by Apple's StoreKit services.
## Data retention and deletion
Generated deck data remains on your device until you delete it in the App or remove the App from your device. Because we do not operate a backend for PhotoWrapped AI, we do not have server-side copies of your photos or generated decks to delete.
## Children's privacy
PhotoWrapped AI is not intended to collect personal information from children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone through the App.
## Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the date above.
